What is Accessible Document??

A document that is ‘readable’ and ‘understandable’ by someone who is visually impaired.

Without Accessible Documents people with visual impairments cannot gain access to basic or personal information.

There are two types of Documents: 

• Static documents that are published
• Transactional documents like bills, statements
